Cycling On Purpose Liberty Lake, WA

Bikes, belonging, and better mental health.

Kids need more time outside. More movement. More face-to-face connection. And more chances to do hard things.

That's why we get kids on bikes.

Learn about the Bike Bus

Why bikes?

A bike is more than a way to get from one place to another. It gives kids a reason to get outside, move their bodies, spend time with other people, build confidence, and find out they can do hard things.

Move

Get their bodies moving.

Get outside

Spend more time in the real world.

Connect

Ride, laugh, struggle, and succeed with other kids.

Build confidence

Take on something hard and discover they can do it.

Those things matter for youth mental health.

A place to keep riding as they grow.

We're building a simple progression that gives kids more chances to ride without turning cycling into another intense sports commitment.

Bike Bus

Kids ride to school together with adult volunteers. It's a fun way to get outside, move, make friends, and start the day on a bike.

Youth Cycling

A small, non-competitive program for middle schoolers who want to ride. Kids will learn bike handling, group riding, and build the confidence to ride farther together.

Build toward a 25- or 50-mile season-ending ride.

Join the Interest List

Cycling shouldn't take over their life.

Kids already have school, family, sports, activities, and everything else competing for their time. Our youth cycling program is being built to fit alongside those things, not replace them.

Non-competitive

Kids do not need to race or be the fastest rider.

Progressive

We start where they are and help them ride farther and more confidently over time.

Together

The goal is not just miles. It's riding with other kids and accomplishing something together.

Want your kid to ride with us?

We're building the first Cycling On Purpose youth cycling group for grades 6-8 in 2027. Join the interest list and we'll keep you updated as the program takes shape.
